Welcome to the Royal Library

The First Academy Library exists to encourage students to become lifelong learners. It assist students in acquiring the skills they need to become proficient consumers and producers of information. In the centrally-located Library Media Center, every student is encouraged to make reading a way of life.

Information is found in many places and formats in today's world. The First Academy's collection has been developed to support our school's curriculum, grade level by grade level. There are over 23,000 volumes, current periodicals that appeal to all grade levels that provide an excellent collection of classical and Christian fiction, as well as videos and online resources like World Book Online.

The libraries work closely with the Technology Department. The networked computers run the Internet, the library search engine - OPAC Concourse, and Microsoft Office programs.
