A Note from Principal of Extended Educational Programs
Fall is in the air and there are many exciting events ahead in our Extended Educational Programs. Thursday marks an inaugural event at TCS, as students will be inducted into the National Honor Society. Homecoming will be celebrated during the week of October 12th-16th. All programs will have the opportunity to participate in Homecoming celebrations, which are included in each program’s TFA Today and email communications. Please continue to pray over our ever- growing programs. New families are contacting our families each week, and we are so blessed to have the opportunity to invite them into our school family.

Leigh Ann Crawford

Leigh Ann has spent three years at TCS as a teacher, four as a parent. She loves the teamwork that she sees in her classroom. She also loves the flexibility that a TCS schedule allows students to focus on their other interests. The faculty sees that joy in class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Mrs. Crawford loved Homecoming last year. The students did an excellent job recreating the 1980s with their costumes.

She and her husband Dan have three children. The five of them love theme parks, beaches, and visiting the mountains. She especially loves Orange Beach, Alabama. Leigh Ann and her family often have people over to play board games.

High School Bible

The High Schoolers broke off into groups to make up their own lesson based off of I Samuel 4-6. How does the Philistines capturing the Ark of the Covenant apply to our own lives today? That was the question of the day.

Middle School Play Auditions
Auditions for Seussical Jr. (7th and 8th grade only) will be held on Tues, September 29th and Wed, September 30th. Callbacks will be set up for Thurs, October 1st.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a time, please contact Ms. Levine:

Science and Geography Fairs
This year we will be modifying our Science and Geography Fairs. Students in grades 6-8 will only be completing the Science Fair, while students in grades K-5 will be only doing the Geography Fair. More details will be sent from the classroom teachers.

Please take a few moments to verify and update your contact, emergency, and pickup information in RenWeb. This is our primary method of regular communication so it is important that we have
accurate information on each student.
