Principal of Extended Educational Programs Message
Every day I discover something new to be thankful for within our Extended Educational Programs. A student’s contagious laugh, a staff member’s unwavering dedication, or a teachable moment with a student- there is so much to fill our hearts. A constant that I am continually thankful for is YOU. You, together with each of our incredible families, make up our school community. Our programs exist because of you. Thank you for choosing to be a part of our school family!

Sweet Families:

We have had so much fun learning about senses. It has been so fun to be visiting classrooms to see how children are discovering their God-given sense.

I wanted to share with you some exciting news. One of our sweet friends in Mrs. Lawanda’s class, Oliver Louw has been “featured” as the new Arnold Palmer baby. His adorable picture has been published in several magazines as well as showcased on TV as well. Be sure to keep a look out for him!! Mom and dad are very proud ☺.

We have some other “school family” news to share with you this week. Deputy Scott Pine’s family (Maddox’s daddy in Mrs. Ebony’s 2’s class) attended a very special ceremony on Monday as a highway was dedicated to Scott in memory and in honor of his service to our community. Please join us as we lift up and pray for this family of a dedicated police officer and community servant who is gone too soon.

Next week, we look forward to opening another new class, Mrs. Ashli’s 2-day Toddler (young 2’s) class that will be meeting on Tuesday/Thursday. It is so exciting how God continues to provide and bring new families to our sweet preschool.

I ask that you please partner with me in praying for a precious sibling of Alyssa Ogden in Ms. Kim’s class whose sister is at Arnold Palmer Hospital. We ask for healing for Alivia Ogden as well as prayers of strength and guidance for the family as well. We ask for a special blessings and wall of protection around our school to keep out sickness and keep all of our dear friends safe and healthy.

Mrs. Grayson Merritt
