The First Hope Newsletter, Week of 9/10

Parents, please take a moment to mark your calendars. The following are important dates that you do not want to miss:

A Note from the Principal
What a blessing each and every one of our families are at The Extended Educational Programs! I so enjoyed sharing time with families at the Coffee with the Principal last Thursday. It is such a strong reminder of how proud we are to serve not only the students of TFA’s Extended Educational Programs, but their beautiful families too. A school community is the foundation for a school’s success and ours is Royals strong!

Liomarys Reyes Santos
Lead Inclusion Teacher 6-7th Grade

Mrs. Reyes comes to us from OCPS. She has many years experience with ESE students. She brings a wealth of ideas and strategies to help our students succeed in the classroom. She loves to be outdoors and is married with a 1 year old daughter. Mrs. Reyes also loves to paint. She loves that she can pray with students in her workplace and she feels blessed to be a part of our team.

Our Transitions+ 6-12th graders were able to go on our field trip Tuesday. It was with Equine Angels, a therapeutic horse farm. They work with students with unique needs. -Patty Myers

Parents make sure you are reading and signing off each day your child’s communication sheets.
