The First Hope Newsletter, Week of Jan. 21

Parents, please take a moment to mark your calendars. The following are important dates that you do not want to miss:

A Message from Sarah Donovan, Principal of The Extended Educational Programs
“All you need is love.” One of my favorite lyrics encompasses the long-held belief that love will fulfill you. And it’s true. His love will fulfill all that you need. At TFA, your student is loved. It’s as simple as this. They will be fulfilled academically, spiritually, and most of all with love. It’s important to note that all of the leaders at TCS, The First Hope, and the Preschool are parents of students in our programs and at TFA. We lead with love, both as parents and administrators.

Sixth grader, Scott Fisher, qualified to move to the next round to qualify to go to the Scripps Orange County Bee, as well as the ACSI Regional Spelling Bee being held in February in Clermont, FL. We are so proud of his accomplishment and wish him the best in the next rounds!

Program Support Coordinator

Laura Johnson
Lead Teacher Transitions+ Primary

Laura has 12 years experience as an early childhood educator. She decided to return to school for a teaching degree with a minor in Special Education after being an assistant at church for a girl who had unique needs. Over the 5 years that she served with her student and her student’s family, a special relationship began to grow and she knew that helping other unique students was what God was calling her to do. Laura has made an amazing addition to The First Hope family. Laura is also a proud Momma to her son who is currently a sophomore at the University of Central Florida.

We are in the final weeks of our re-enrollment and so excited for all the families who are returning. We are blessed and humbled to be able to help your children. Please continue to pray for all our staff of 27 as we work with your children helping grow in so many different areas. God has called each of us here and we are so grateful. Thank you for partnering with us and trusting us with your children. Friday is the last day for re-enrollment before there will be a late fee of $150.00, so get your enrollment in.
