A Message from Sarah Donovan, Principal of Extended Educational Programs
“Together we give our children the roots to grow, and the wings to fly.” It is truly the combined efforts of the school, home, and child that support a student to succeed. We are so humbled and proud of the strong re-enrollment of our Extended Educational Programs. All three programs have the highest re-enrollment numbers. to date. We have built the foundation of our school family, and are ready to help our students soar into next year! Thank you for choosing our school family- we promise to be the best we can be!

The students were very excited to be greeted by Rowdy and Rowdette when they arrived at school on the first day of reenrollment. High fives, hugs, and pictures with the mascots kicked off a very successful two weeks of welcoming back our students for the 2016-2017 school year.

Debbie Myers
Inclusion 4-5 Paraprofessional
We have had the pleasure of working with Debbie for the past 6 years! One of her favorite memories of working at The First Hope is having the opportunity to encourage and pray with a particular student who was struggling. Debbie is thankful that she works in an environment that fosters her love for Jesus and passion for helping students. Outside of the classroom, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and pilates.

It is hard to believe but February is just around the corner. We have had a great week with our parent conferences, reviewing data and progress on each of the students. Some of the students have grown with their organizational, social, and independent skills. I love to be a part of these conferences to hear over and over about the growth of our students.

I am excited to see that re-enrollment for the last 2 weeks was so strong. I am humbled how families each year re-enroll and partner with us to help your children. God has placed each of my staff here to be a part of helping them grow.
