At The First Academy, the role of the School Board is to make viability-focused decisions for the next generation of students. We focus our work to three areas: advancing the mission, funding the vision, and securing the legacy. Allow us to take a moment to update you on these areas.

Advancing the Mission

It has been an encouragement to watch as many of the initiatives from the “Leading the Way” Strategic Plan have been carried out to completion. Please join me in celebrating the many blessings we have experienced and join me in praying for God’s continued guidance as we work on the next Strategic Plan. We are so thankful for the hundreds of students, teachers, and families who took part in the interview process for the new Strategic Plan. We anticipate its release soon.

Funding the Vision

The First Academy’s operating budget is funded through tuition, while our capital projects and our continued campus growth are supported through generous donors. Last year, within our Royal Nation Fund, we completed the Gather project as well as fulfilled needs in the areas of tuition assistance, fine arts, athletics, and spiritual formation. Additionally, the School Board approves the annual operating budget and sets tuition rates for the upcoming year. Within the Annual Report, important details regarding tuition rates and payment schedules for 2021-2022 are outlined, along with information about the upcoming Enrollment Change Period. Many families are still impacted financially by the COVID-19 pandemic and as a School Board, we felt it was important to continue to address affordability and assist those families still recovering financially. Please take some time to review the information about 2021-2022 tuition and reach out to The First Academy Business Office should your family have questions about tuition or the payment schedule for next year.

Securing the Legacy

We now turn to the 2021-2022 school year at The First Academy. Enrollment is strong and we expect classes to fill quickly for next year. Our partnership with your family is based on trust. Our shared mission, vision, and values call us to raise up the next generation of Christian leaders to have an impact on our world. In an effort to best serve our families, we have moved the Enrollment Status Change Period to April 6 through April 20. More information and details will be sent to you as those dates near. You will find frequently asked questions, facts, and contact information should you have any questions about this process on TFA’s Website. On behalf of the entire School Board, we wish your family abundant blessings in the coming year and look forward to celebrating our school’s many successes with you in the months and years to come. Please join us in spreading the word about the opportunity to enroll for the 2021-2022 school year.

  • Plan of Salvation

Admit: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Pray: Lord, I admit that I am a sinner in need of a Savior.

Believe: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

Call: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Pray: Lord, I believe that Jesus died and shed His blood for my sins. I believe this in my heart and not just my head. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13).

Pray: Lord, I call upon You to save me from my sins. I confess and repent of my sins. I know that Your Son, Jesus paid my debt on the cross—a debt I could never pay despite all my good works—and I thankfully accept Your gift of eternal life in Heaven that His death makes possible.
