Applying is easy using FACTS’s Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable application fee of $150 must be submitted with each application.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

We challenge ourselves each year to make the re-enrollment process as user-friendly and easy as possible but this year, we felt we could do better. We want to make things easier for TCS families and reward such great school loyalty. That is what has led to this year’s launch of Continuous Enrollment.
What is re-enrollment?
Re-enrollment is an annual data collection process that schools use to update enrollment records of the current student body. This information is used as the school makes plans for the following school year. Basically, the simple question is: “Are you coming back to school next year?”
Why does re-enrollment matter? And why do we go through this every year?
TCS leadership does a lot of planning to ensure that we are prepared to fulfill our mission every year. As TCS families sign their contract indicating that they are coming back each year, we are able to make solid plans for staffing, programs, materials, curriculum, and facility usage. We take the stewardship of tuition dollars entrusted to us very seriously. We want to invest tuition dollars wisely so that we can provide the best education possible for our students.
I have no plans to change schools and almost everyone comes back every year anyway. Can’t I just stay at TCS until I notify the school otherwise?
Up until this point, re-enrollment has been an “Opt-In” program. We annually ask every family, “Are you coming back?” By signing your Continuous Enrollment contract, you will be changing this process. Rather than an “Opt-In” annual re-enrollment process, TCS’s annual re-enrollment will become an “Opt-Out” process. In other words, if you are coming back after signing your Continuous Enrollment contract, you will never have to worry about losing your spot again.
So after the 2019-2020 year, what will the re-enrollment season look like?
Once our families are a part of Continuous Enrollment, the typical re-enrollment season (January through February) will simply be a communication reminder from the Business Office that we will automatically re-enroll that student in the next school year, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to end your Continuous Enrollment contract. If previous years are any indication, that means that the majority of our TCS families will have to do absolutely nothing to ensure their child is enrolled in the next school year.
Will I still pay an enrollment deposit this year?
This year, the deposit will be set up as in previous years, $200 for the first week of re-enrollment and $400 thereafter. This deposit goes toward your overall tuition.
When will this take place?
This will be your last year to go through the re-enrollment process and you will sign your new Continuous Enrollment contract. Re-enrollment will take place between January14-27, 2019. Open enrollment to new students will start after that time, so re-enrolling after the re-enrollment period will carry with it risk of space availability.
What benefits will I see from this change to Continuous Enrollment?
Continuous Enrollment will guarantee placement of your student in next year’s grade and you will be locking down that coveted seat for your child until graduation.
