The 7th grade Royals Basketball Team had an 8-2 record as they fell to Trinity Prep in the GOAC Championship. The Royals had a dominant year, beating their opponents by an average of 13 points. Coach Kacey Chambers said, “This is a special group of guys. They would bring everything they had on a daily basis. I look forward to seeing them learn and improve in the coming years.”

3- PEAT!!!! Congratulations to the TFA 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team for winning their third straight Greater Orlando Athletic Conference Championship! The team coached by Kevin Scoleri and Yvonne Zavada maintained a perfect 41-0 middle school record winning both the conference season and championship in sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. They embodied the Varsity Basketball theme “RELENTLESS” – and their own mantra -” Play hard, Play smart, Play together and Play for the Glory of God!

8th Grade Students/Parents: The Upper School guidance office sent out an email this week with instructions for making course requests for your Freshman year. Be certain to complete this process with your parents. All course requests are due by Tuesday, January 27.”
The First Academy Middle School proudly presents Shrek Jr., The Musical! All shows will be held in the Black Box Theatre, which is located on the second floor of the TFA Middle School. To purchase your tickets, click HERE.

There will also be a student only matinee on February 11 at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for this performance will be $5 with student ID. Ticket sales will occur just prior to show time (no online or presales for this performance).
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Upper School reception desk beginning 30 minutes prior to each show. All ticket sales are final. If you have any questions, please direct them to email@example.com.
January 23rd– We will be hosting our 2015 Geography Bee Final in the TFA Black Box from 9am-12pm.
January 22nd– TFA’s Athletic Director Patrick Barrett will be our guest speaker in Middle School Chapel at 9:35am-10:20am in First Orlando’s Henry Chapel. His topic will be “How to study the bible”.
January 29th– Join us as we hear from TFA Alumni Sarah Braddock Howard as she shares her story as a Missionary. Chapel will be at 9:35am-10:20am in First Orlando’s Henry Chapel.
