TEAHNA DANIELS SETS NATIONAL TRACK & FIELD MARK

The First Academy senior Teahna Nationals kicked off her 2014-15 campaign in style, setting the high school indoor national mark for the 55m dash, running a 6.93 at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational in Gainesville last weekend. The Texas commit is looking to defend her 100m and 200m state titles this Spring.

MANDATORY SPRING SPORTS PARENT MEETING

The 2015 Spring Sports Parent Meeting is set for Monday, February 9, at 6:00 PM, inside the Natalie Thomas Gymnasium. This is a mandatory event for at least one parent or guardian of any student (grades 6-12) competing in a spring athletic program.

ROYALS BASKETBALL COMPETES AT MONTVERDE INVITATIONAL

The First Academy is 19-3 on the season and travels to the Montverde Academy Invitational Tournament this weekend, January 29-31. Their first matchup is with undefeated Shiloh High School (GA) on Thursday at 3:30 PM.

LADY ROYALS BASKETBALL VIES FOR THIRD STRAIGHT DISTRICT TITLE

The Lady Royals are 12-11 and travel to Cornerstone Charter on Thursday to compete for their third consecutive district title! Tipoff is at 7:00 PM.

LADY ROYALS SOCCER FALLS IN REGION SEMIFINAL

The First Academy fell to Orangewood Christian in the region semifinal on Tuesday night, 1-0. The Lady Royals finished the season 18-5-2.

LADY ROYALS SOFTBALL KICKS OFF SEASON

The Lady Royals softball programs looks to defend its first-ever district title from last year and will swing into action on Saturday, January 31, in a preseason classic at Winter Springs High School. The Lady Royals take on Deland High School at 11:30 AM and Seminole High School at 1:00 PM.
