Royals Football defeated Melbourne Central Catholic, 63-46, in a shootout last Friday night.
The Royals (5-1, 2-0) sit atop of the district 3A-3 standings. They will enjoy a bye week and return to action on October 17 when they host Orangewood Christian on Senior Night at Warden Stadium!
The game will be broadcast live on Royals TV, powered by the NFHS Network.
The Lady Royals are 13-6 and are riding a four-match win streak, defeating Olympia (3-2), John Carroll (3-0), Maclay (3-0) and Orangewood Christian (3-1) last week.
The First Academy hosts Lake Highland Prep tonight in the annual Dig Pink match at Natalie Thomas Memorial Gymnasium. Special edition pink TFA t-shirts will be available for sale in the gym lobby prior to and during the matches, or you can purchase them online here. Junior Varsity is at 5:30p and varsity is set for 7:00p. The varsity match will be streamed live on Royals TV.
The First Academy Royals golf program is coming off an impressive 146-163 victory over Bishop Moore Catholic High School at Dubsdread on Monday. They will host the district tournament on Monday, October 13 at MetroWest Golf Club.

The First Academy swimming and diving program boasts an impressive 7-2 record this season and will take on Lake Nona High School tomorrow, October 10.
TFA combined for 13 season best times at the Holloway Park Jamboree and the Lady Royals came away with third place in the event, posting five Top 25 times! They will compete at the FSU Invitational in Tallahassee.
