As we continue to examine the three elements of our Portrait of a Graduate – Spiritual, Leadership, and Scholastic Formation – this week, we will focus on Leadership Formation. It is the goal for graduates of TCS to:
The 1st grade class had a fun science lab last week! They had to design a stand for a textbook using paper, tape and scissors only!
Each quarter the 4th grade students must create a project based on an AR book of choice. The project can be a tri-fold display board, PowerPoint, or YouTube video etc. Here is a most recent student project – great job 4th grade!
Tuesday was “Theme Day” for high school – students and teachers had fun dressing up as Circus themed characters. The TCS Homecoming King and Queen were also crowned – Congratulations to Ethan and Claudia! Be sure to watch for them in the parade on Friday!
On Friday, October 20, join us to grab a donut and watch the parade with all of your classmates. The parade will begin at 9:30 am. The Homecoming Pep Rally for all grades will immediately follow the parade on Friday, October 20.
On Saturday at 7:30pm, the Homecoming Dance for 9-12 grade students will be held in the Student Center (see page 17 of the Homecoming Packet for more information).
