A Message from Sarah Donovan, Principal of The Extended Educational Programs
We are so very excited for the first, inaugural TCS and The First Hope Father Daughter Dance. I remember going to my first Father Daughter dance and the special memories that surrounded this event. It is so wonderful to think of the special memories that will be made for our TFH and TCS girls and their dads. The event will be held on Friday, February 19th at 6:30PM at Faith Hall, 3rd Floor. RSVP and ticket information went out via email. “I am a princess not because I have a prince, but because my father is a king.” Anonymous
RECOGNITION – Senior Spotlight: Garrett Milchin
Garrett Milchin just joined us this year. He loves how friendly TCS is. On his first day, he was worried that it would be tough moving over here for his senior year without knowing anyone, but as soon as he walked in the door everyone made him feel welcome. Outside the classroom, Garrett loves to play baseball which is how he spends the majority of his free time.

The Love of a Father- A Devotional by PJ Wehry
As we enter February, I want to take some time to think about love. As children our first memories of love are our parents, and as I start to raise my own son, I can’t help but think of the love of a father. I was fortunate to have a father who taught me what love is truly like, and that has definitively shaped me. If our earthly father’s love is so important, how much more important is our heavenly Father’s. “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” If you have experienced the love of the Father, then you will be fundamentally changed by that love. Have you been changed?
There will be no homework and the office will be closed on February the 15th for the national holiday.
With George Washington’s birthday coming up, it’s time for us to remind you that you have self-study days on the Thursday and Friday before the holiday (February 11-12th).
