Webster’s Dictionary presents a narrow definition: “A person who acts as a representative or promoter of a specified activity.”

My sense of an ambassador is more in line with what the Harvard Business Journal called “raving fans” in a recent article. Organizations like Chick-fil-A and Publix seem to have some energized cheerleaders and champions for their products. Our TFA ambassadors are the reason we are rated one of the best schools in Orlando year after year. These cheerleaders and champions are active contributors to our positive and encouraging culture. They believe in TFA so much that they want their friends and neighbors to experience the same blessings they enjoy by being part of this family.

A TFA ambassador represents the heart of our school. As we begin a new year, we all have the chance to join the team of raving fans. By displaying our Royal Pride within the community and through social media, we assist the Admissions Office in recruiting the best families in Orlando to enroll at TFA. Tomorrow we will welcome several prospective families to our virtual First Look Friday event at 9:00am, but we have room for more and there is still time to RSVP! If you have a neighbor or community member who may be interested in learning more about our amazing school, please share the RSVP link with them.

We are also already planning for the 2021 – 2022 school year in the Admissions Office, and applications open soon for next year. Today is the day to talk to someone in your community about why TFA is such a special place. We truly have the best parents and families at TFA, and we thank you for being amazing ambassadors and partners.

“Time really flies and yet making this investment in our children has exponential blessing that will shape the rest of their lives. The First Academy is a truly exceptional place that we get to call home.”
