Picture a big family reunion. Everyone arriving with hugs of joy, cheesy t-shirts, and comments of ‘Oh my goodness, he’s grown so much.’ You are excited to meet the new family members and reminisce on memories with the familiar relatives. This is the feeling that fills my heart during the first weeks of school. I love watching our teachers arrive, hearing their summer stories, and experiencing the anticipation of the students’ arrival. I love hearing the laughter of the students filling the hallways and seeing the foundation being laid for their growth this school year. Our school family has arrived and we are off to an amazing start!

We are so thankful! We are thankful for a new beautiful space to grow not only developmentally but also spiritually! We are thankful to our families for their patience and cooperation during this time of transition. We are thankful for our teachers and their willingness to be flexible with the transition from temporary to permanent space and all of the “unseen” challenges this presented. We are thankful to a God who knew exactly how this perfect plan would be implemented and that we need only to be patient with HIS timing.

We Are So Thankful!

Late last week, we were able to pray for our special police officers who watch over us and keep us safe here on our school campus. Officer Troy came to our family morning greeting and we prayed for him and his safety as he works to keep our school safe. We are so thankful for the men and women who work outside of our preschool walls to ensure we are always safe!
