Gloria Leeks

Gloria Leeks is a Milford, DE, native and has lived in Central Florida for over thirty years.  She earned a B.A. in Hotel Management from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA, and holds a professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).  Before joining The First Academy team in 2016, she worked for a major hospitality chain as a regional market manager. 

A child of the parsonage and the church, Gloria has had a servant’s heart since her early years.  Sensing a call to serve the Lord in a different capacity, she was delighted to join the TFA team in 2016.  Serving the team and helping hire talented living curriculum influencers for Christian Education has been a great joy. In her current role, she seeks to align our people strategy with TFA’s long-term strategic goals, centered on our school mission.  She wholeheartedly believes that we are sowing seeds into the next generation of Christian leaders, and her personal motto is, “If I can help somebody as I pass along, then my living will not be in vain.”

Mrs. Leeks is active in her local church, along with her husband, whom she shares in marriage and ministry.  They are proud parents of the gifts God has given them in three adult children and six wonderful grandchildren.
