Celebrating Homecoming 2020-2021

Written by Dr. Steve Whitaker, Head of School

Homecoming 2020-2021 has been special. We have seen students fully embrace our Fire & Ice theme and have enjoyed the many dress-up days and on-campus activities. While this special week has taken place in January this year, and many of our traditional events may look a little bit different, we have been blessed to celebrate together as a school community in a learning environment where all of our students are healthy and safe on our campus.

Friday has always been the culmination of our Homecoming Week festivities at TFA, and this year is no different. In order to celebrate safely this Friday, we need your help. Please review the important information and details below for tomorrow’s events.

On a personal note, our last child is a TFA senior. I will have the joy of driving Caleb in the Homecoming Parade and celebrating with him at the coronation as he represents the Class of 2021. I’m thankful for Dr. Shayne Grove and all the Upper School teachers and coaches who have gone the “extra mile” to make this a great year for our seniors. I look forward to celebrating with all of our students tomorrow!
