The First Academy Girls Soccer Program

The First Academy Girls Soccer team kicked off the 2014-2015 season with a 2-0 victory over Circle Christian.

LADY ROYALS SOCCER

The First Academy won its first match of the season, defeating Circle Christian, 2-0. They host Lake Nona High School at 6:30 PM today and Freedom High School at 4:00 PM tomorrow! Friday’s match will be broadcast live on Royals TV!

ROYALS FOOTBALL

The Royals (7-1, 4-0) clinched the Class 3A District 3 regular season title when they defeated Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy last Friday, 56-20. They return to action when they travel to John Carroll Catholic High School tonight, October 30 at 7:00 PM!

The game will be broadcast live on Royals TV, powered by the NFHS Network.

LADY ROYALS VOLLEYBALL

The Lady Royals are 20-8 this season and earned their ninth district title in the last 11 years when they defeated Orangewood Christian last week, 3-0! They will host Orangewood Christian in the regional semifinals on Tuesday, November 4 inside Natalie Thomas Gymnasium at 7:00 PM.

The game will be broadcast live on Royals TV, powered by the NFHS Network.

ROYALS GOLF

The Lady Royals fired a +12, 300 in Day Two of the FHSAA State Finals on Wednesday to lock up third place in the championship! Congratulations to The First Academy on setting new records this season in Ladies Golf!

The Royals shot a school record -2, 286 at the regional championship on Monday, but fell two strokes short of advancing as a team to the state championships. Senior Trevor Hulbert fired a -3, 69 to advance as an individual to the state championships next week!

ROYALS SWIMMING

The First Academy swimming and diving program boasts an impressive 7-4 record this season. They compete in the district championships Saturday morning, November 1. Follow @tfa_athletics on Twitter for all the latest results for Royals Swimming!

ROYALS CROSS COUNTRY

TFA combined for 13 season best times at the Holloway Park Jamboree and the Lady Royals came away with third place in the event, posting five Top 25 times! Their next outing is the district meet on November 1.
