It was a great weekend for Lower School math. A group of 4th-6th grade students from TFA Lower School competed in the state Math League Competition. These students qualified for the state level with their exemplary performance and placement at area competitions earlier in the school year. Faith, Sarah, Enzo, and Evan placed 4th overall as a team in the 6th-grade group. Enzo placed 7th overall for his grade level and this qualified him for Nationals that will take place this summer in Texas. We are proud of all of our math students.
Mrs. Diehl’s 6th grade STEAM Tech elective class has been partnering with our 1st grade classes on their Full STEAM Ahead projects. The boys are sharing their insight into the process and helping to mentor our 1st graders.
