The First Academy athletic facilities include the Cramer Family Field House, Natalie Thomas Gymnasium, Dizney Family Tennis Complex, and the Payne Stewart Athletic Complex. The Cramer Family Field House was the result of a multi-year capital campaign raising over $10 million dollars to build one of the primer athletic complexes in Florida. Inside, the field house features a state of the art NBA style basketball court, two regulation basketball and volleyball courts, upscale locker rooms, an oversized lobby for events, a glass mezzanine with athletic offices, and a capacity of up to 1,200 spectators.
The Payne Stewart Athletic Complex is located on the campus of The First Academy. Warden Stadium is home to the football, track, soccer, and lacrosse teams. Meanwhile, the softball and baseball teams enjoy separate fields along the west side of the complex.
The Baseball Field is known as Orel Hershiser Field. Newly renovated in 2022, it is an artificial turf surface with a baseball-specific clubhouse connected to the first-base dugout.
Teams share collegiate-style locker rooms underneath Warden Stadium. The Scott Larson Pavilion was dedicated in 2011 by his family to honor former TFA dad and board member, the late Mr. Scott Larson. This space features restrooms, a concessions area, and seating for families to enjoy.
The Natalie Thomas Gymnasium features a basketball and volleyball court and is home to our wrestling and cheerleading teams.
The Dizney Family Tennis Complex features eight lighted tennis courts with a convenient location to the Cramer Family Filed House and the main Middle and Upper School buildings.
