Lunch Account

New for the 2021-22 school year, TFA has partnered with FLIK Independent School Dining, the market leader in independent school dining. Students will enjoy morning and lunch dining options in the new kitchen space. Dining options are not pre-ordered and money must be placed in students’ Prepay Accounts via FACTS.

To add money to your Prepay Account, log in to FACTS Family Portal. Upon logging in: navigate to Financial<Prepay Accounts. View the video below, which walks families through navigating the Prepay account setup and maintenance.

When adding funds to your Prepay Account for the first time, a minimum of $40.00 is required. Money is shared between all students in your family’s Prepay Account. Important, students will need their Student ID to purchase lunch.

Lunch FAQ

How do students pay for lunch?

A: For your convenience and to eliminate the need for carrying cash, we offer a Prepay Account program via the Family Portal (FACTS) for all FLIK dining services, including breakfast, lunch, and after school. When students check out to pay, they will use their student ID cards. Lower School teachers will distribute the student ID cards daily to the students purchasing lunch. Middle and Upper School students will be responsible for having their student ID cards with them at all times. Cash and credit cards are not accepted at this time.

How do I set up my prepay account?

A: The Prepay Account is set up through FACTS at https://tfa-fl.client.renweb.com/pwr/. Once the funds are loaded onto your Prepay Account, and as daily purchases are made by your TFA students, the balance will decline from your account. When adding funds to your Prepay Account for the first time, a minimum of $40.00 is required. View the helpful videos below, which walk families through navigating the Prepay account setup and maintenance. Monitor your FACTS Prepay Account frequently to ensure you have an adequate balance. Low balance notifications will be sent to the main FACTS account holder’s email.

I have multiple students in my family, do I need separate prepay accounts for each?

A: No, there is one prepay account per family in FACTS. Money is shared between all students in your family’s Prepay Account. We encourage families to monitor their FACTS Prepay Account balance and emails for low balance notifications.

Do I need to pre-order lunch for my student?

A: No, you do not need to pre-order lunch for your student. If a student plans to participate in the FLIK lunch program for the day they will simply go through the lunch line to make their selections and pay with their prepay account.

What if my student forgets their lunch at home?

A: If your student forgets their lunch at home they may go through the FLIK lunch line to select their meal and pay using their declining balance account.

What if my account is negative when my student needs to purchase lunch?

A: We encourage families to monitor their FACTS Prepay Account balance and emails for low balance notifications. Lower School students will be permitted to purchase lunch with a negative account balance. Middle and Upper School students will not be permitted to purchase lunch if their account is negative by more than $10.00.

  • Plan of Salvation

Admit: “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Pray: Lord, I admit that I am a sinner in need of a Savior.

Believe: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

Call: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Pray: Lord, I believe that Jesus died and shed His blood for my sins. I believe this in my heart and not just my head. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13).

Pray: Lord, I call upon You to save me from my sins. I confess and repent of my sins. I know that Your Son, Jesus paid my debt on the cross—a debt I could never pay despite all my good works—and I thankfully accept Your gift of eternal life in Heaven that His death makes possible.
