Please be advised, WT Cafe will not be our lunch vendor for the 2019-2020 school year. All funds on WT Cafe accounts must be spent within the 2018-2019 school year as refunds are not issued by WT Cafe.
We are excited to announce a new lunch program for Middle and Upper School students. Beginning on December 3, all Middle & Upper School students will enjoy lunch inside of the Natalie Thomas Gymnasium.
Each week, parents will receive an email with an electronic form to order their student/s lunches for the following week. Lunches for the following week must be ordered every Thursday morning by 9:00am. If a parent or student forgets to pre-order lunch, we will have some extras on hand each day for call-in credit card payment or cash payment. The offerings will be limited, so we encourage everyone to pre-order using the form in a timely manner.
All lunch options will be available for $7.50 for Middle & Upper School students. Students can always bring a lunch from home if they are not interested in purchasing any of the daily options.

Q1: What if I forget to order lunch?
A: If a parent or student forgets to pre-order lunch, we will have some extras on hand each day for call-in credit card payment or cash payment. The offerings will be limited, so we encourage everyone to pre-order using the form in a timely manner.
Q2: What if I have money left on my WT Cafe account?
A: If you have been using WT Cafe to purchase lunch, please be sure to spend any funds left on your account between now and November 30. WT Cafe will not be able to refund or reimburse any of the funds left on an account. You may also gift any unused funds to a Lower School student or staff member by contacting email@example.com.
Q3: Can I still order from Cafe on the Rock?
A: No. Students will not be allowed to order from Cafe on the Rock since they are not going over to Faith Hall each day.
Q4: What if my student is absent on a day that they ordered lunch?
A: As indicated on the order form, refunds will not be processed.
Q5: Are there any other food options?
A: These are the only food options for the 2018-2019 school year. Students are welcome to bring a lunch from home or parents may drop off lunches at the front desk. Students are not permitted to have food delivered to the school via delivery service or Uber Eats.
