Continuous Enrollment Details

The information outlined below is for the 2024-2025 Continuous Enrollment Period.

Our families, by popular demand, told us that you want your student at The First Academy until graduation, or until you inform us otherwise. With continuous enrollment, we guarantee your child’s spot for the subsequent year without requiring further paperwork or an annual online re-enrollment commitment!

Your student is automatically enrolled for the subsequent school year. When the Continuous Enrollment Status Change Period opens, we pray that 100% of our families plan to return for another year at The First Academy. Due to high demand and wait pool status across all divisions, if a family chooses to opt out, their student’s spot will be opened to a wait pool status family. The Continuous Enrollment Change Period closes on February 25th.

The Enrollment Change Forms for the 2024-2025 school year was active from February 15-25, 2024.

Dates at a Glance

  • January 5-25: Tuition Assistance applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open for returning families submitted through FACTS.
  • February 15-25: Any changes in enrollment plans must be submitted online through the Formstack link. The link will open when the Change Period opens.
  • March 1: Tuition Deposit of $500 (TFA and TFH) or $200 (TCS) is due in the FACTS account for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • April 5: First Tuition Payment due for the 2024-2025 school year.

Enrollment Change Options & FAQ

When the change period opens, please take a moment to make your changes to continuous enrollment below, or click any of the following FAQs for more information.

Payment plan and Tuition Refund Plan selections from the current year will be continued in the new school year unless families tell us otherwise during the enrollment status change period. All charges for these selections from the current year will continue automatically into the next year.

The program is available to students attending The First Academy at $250 per student, The Classical School at $125 per student, and The First Hope at $500 per student annually.

Please read all information regarding canceling your continuous enrollment contract.

  1. If you need more time to decide, you may consider enrolling in the Tuition Refund Program in the question titled, “What if I need to add the Tuition Refund Program?” Please review the Tuition Refund Program details.
  2. If you cancel your contract below, and then decide to return, you will be placed in the general wait pool. Your students will return as a new student and pay the new student fee ($1,000), and the deposit ($1,000) upon enrollment.
  3. If you had previously been granted tuition assistance, that amount is forfeited to other families in need.
  4. Due to high demand and wait pool status across all divisions, if a family chooses to opt out, their student’s spot will be opened to a wait pool status family.

Continuous Enrollment will guarantee the placement of your student in next year’s grade. With increasing enrollment, we are either at or near wait pool in many of our grades. With Continuous Enrollment, you will be locking down that coveted seat for your child until graduation.

The tuition assistance application will open on January 5 and will stay open until January 25. Please contact the business office after January 31.

If you applied during the application period of January 5 – January 25 and have uploaded all documents (application shows COMPLETE), then your Tuition Assistance award is under review for the 2024-2025 school year.

Tuition deposit will be automatically billed to your FACTS payment plan account and due on March 1. The deposit amount will be $500 (TFA and TFH) or $200 (TCS) for the 2024-2025 school year.

If the family decides to return, their application will be considered with other new families.

  • Students will need to re-apply and upon acceptance will be granted a position based upon available openings in the grade or put in the wait pool with other new students.
  • New student fees of $1,000 and a deposit of $1,000 will be required for re-admittance.
  • If assistance had been previously granted, the family cancels enrollment and then decides to return, their tuition assistance application is reassessed based on the available funds at that time.
